What this integration does
Iron VAULT Memorabilia uses a private, read-only eBay connection to retrieve the business's own active listings and seller metrics for display on the Iron VAULT website.
Information used
The connection may process listing titles, item identifiers, images, prices, listing links, listing dates, active-listing totals, sold-item summaries, and seller feedback. It does not request buyer passwords or payment-card information.
How information is used
Information is used only to maintain the Iron VAULT website, help customers discover current inventory, and present accurate seller information. Iron VAULT does not sell or rent information obtained through the eBay connection.
First-party website analytics
The site records privacy-conscious, first-party activity such as page and section views, marketplace clicks, price-range selections, searches, signup events, campaign attribution, Fresh Finds availability, browser errors, and Core Web Vitals. A random session identifier helps distinguish visits. Campaign attribution may include source, medium, campaign, referring domain, landing page, and a coarse mobile, tablet, or desktop category. Iron VAULT deliberately does not store visitor IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings in its analytics tables and honors browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Search terms entered into Search the VAULT may be included in owner-only reporting so the catalog experience can be improved.
VAULT Drop Alerts
If you join the email list, Iron VAULT stores your email address, subscription status, signup source, and consent timestamps. This information is used to provide requested Iron VAULT updates and is not sold or rented. You may unsubscribe from future emails at any time or contact IronVAULT2024@gmail.com for removal.
Cookies and local storage
A first-party cookie remembers the last Fresh Finds price range for 30 days. Session storage may hold a random analytics session identifier, session attribution, and the prior randomly selected price range until the browser session ends. Local storage may remember anonymous first-touch campaign attribution for up to 90 days. These tools do not contain payment information and are not used for third-party advertising.
Storage and security
Authorization credentials are stored as protected environment secrets and are never placed in public website code. Public listing information is cached to reduce unnecessary eBay requests. Analytics and subscriber records are stored in the site's private database and owner reporting requires authenticated access. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 13 months before removal; aggregate business reporting may be retained without visitor-level identifiers.
Access and revocation
